Venezia: Monochrome Genesis is a 54-page bilingual eBook (English/French) presenting 20 photographic scenes created in Venice between 2023 and 2025.

Rather than a simple collection of images, this work offers a creative analysis of the project that led to my fine art book Venezia. Each scene illustrates how my early monochrome interpretations of La Serenissima at night transformed into later colour versions, revealing shifts in composition, atmosphere, and vision.

Venezia: Monochrome Genesis stands as a poetic work in its own right while also serving as a window into the making of Venezia— a bridge between its genesis in black and white and its culmination in colour.
