Hidden Creek at Pettico Wick Bay – Scottish Borders

Description

This was photographed along the wild coast of the Scottish Borders near a small fishermen town of St Abbs. I discovered this hidden creek several years ago when I scouted the area to produce the Jetty of Pettico Wick Bay – Scottish Borders. What attracted me was that standing monolith which, despite this viewing angle, does not lean on any other rocks. One can see multiple converging lines towards the standing rock, including the smaller boulders on the left as well as the movement of the rising tide.
